review 2024
A great year for Kunst für Angeln 2024 is coming to an end
We look back on two extensive art exhibitions in the Asmus-Petersen barn at the Wittkielhof, two large workshops for children with artists from the collection Roosen-Trinks, two remarkable exhibitions of children’s art by children in daycare centers aged 3 – 6 years in the Children’s Art Club Angeln, the social project “Art against loneliness” for seniors from Angeln and a photo art exhibition on the topic of German-Danish friendship at Gelting Castle.
Since the foundation of this non-profit association – a private initiative of the collector and cultural manager Ingrid Roosen-Trinks – in 2022, over 5000 visitors have visited the art initiatives and exhibitions of the association.
The offers range from contemporary art to music events in art, projects for children and for the older generation up to privately guided tours through the exhibitions with the founder of the association, the collector Ingrid Roosen-Trinks and encounters with artists from the region.
All offers are free and should facilitate access for all genres on the subject of art and culture, under the motto “Making art & culture fun”.
